Return Policy
At Tree Treasures, we aim to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how we make it easy:
Return Period:
- You have 60 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:

- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Please Note: Returns should be sent to the address above only after you have received return authorization. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’re here to resolve any issues quickly!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except if they are defective.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like.
Refunds:
- After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at holidayheadquarters@hheadquarters.com.
